Division of property

Have parcel of land with two names on deed, I want to sell my share, but the other party won't agree to sell what recorse do I have?

the only way to force a sale is through Partition. A lawsuit which forces a judicial sale of the property where two or more cotenants can not agree. Feel free to give me a call or drop me an email at your convenience.

In a partition action the court can compel a sale.
