Divorce, house in my name and husband if i sell i net all proceeds i have power of attorney i think he is up to something can i sell to my son for fair mkt vvalue and hold the note then turn around and take the house back i want my husband name off deed he is friends with a lawyer giving advice free i have to pay for everything i want his name off of deed i had to sign that i would sell at fair mkt valve help me

There are different ways to settle divorce issues including the home. If you already entered into an agreement settling all issues there is not much that you can do now unless you entered into this agreement and there was fraud or hiding of assets. That being said, it all depends on where you are with your divorce. If still negotiating then you should contact an attorney to negotiate for you and advise you of your rights regarding family law.
