Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am going through a divorce and have a 1st and 2nd mortgage. My wife says she won't pay either. I have called the 2nd mort. to offer to pay at least half per month which is what I can afford. They will not work with me on that. They say they will eventually forclose on my house even though they know they wont get anything from that. However, they said eventually it will go to their legal dept. and can eventually garnish my wages for what is owed. Is this correct?
