You really need to go back to the Family Court and deal with the ownership of the house. Upon the divorce becoming final the entireties ownership is broken and you each own the property as tenants in common. That means upon death, the property passes to your individual heirs and there is not reversion to each other. Go to an attorney and get the ownership straightened out.
