Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was divorced two years ago. My ex is living in the family home. I have signed a quit claim and realize this does not release me from financial obligation of the home. He is attempting to re-finance the home in his own name. If he is successful, will this new document with the lending institution release me of all future financial obligation of the home.
