Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I divorced several years ago and my ex signed a Quit Claim to the house. I have not been able to refinance due to the housing market in FL and my financial situation. I have a very good credit rating and have never missed a mortgage payment. The ex's name is still on the loan - can she make me have to refinance or sell the home?
