Divorced--both names on mortgage--one on title
Divorced couple..both names on mortgage. Attorney changed property title/deed to husband (wife signed all appropriate forms.) If husband chooses to keep current mortgage and ex-wife incurs bad credit debt, can creditors come after or ruin husband's credit or force sale of home even though she is no longer on the title?
