Domestic Partner Eviction

My boyfriend & his 16 year old daughter moved in March of this year. And he has been paying me rent & helping out around my house (only in my name). He is now being controlling & making threats. I want to give him a notice of eviction. How do I handle this without having a lot of retaliation from him? I want to make it as easy as possible on my 2 young sons. Please help me soon! Thanks!

There is no easy way. You must serve him with a 7 day written notice to vacate. If he fails to leave he must be served with a summons & complaint for eviction. I suggest you use a lawyer. Good luck.
