doublewide

I own a doublewide in Florida. It is in a retirement center.Ipay $380.00 per month for lot rent and $107 for the doublewide. I can no longer afford to pay the lot rent and loan. I am gainfully employed. What can I do?

Seek the advice of a banker, not a lawyer. Perhaps you can refinance your loan in such a way so as to reduce the monthly payment. You have an economic problem that does not necessarily require the advice of a lawyer, although your economic situation may bring about legal problems if you fail to pay your debts. Good luck.
