Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Regarding my earlier real estate question answered by David P. Slater Esqr., would he or someone else be able to draft the motion that is recommended to vacate the mediation agreement? I have not been able to find an attorney because of the signed mediation agreement so I am proceeding pro se. I would be willing to pay for it.

Vacating a mediation settlement agreement is a very tough task and the motion itself is not going to win or lose the issue. there have to be substantive support for that to occur. if you were represented by an attorney at the time the issue is even more difficult. seek advice from a real estate litigation attorney
