Easemment
Can you get rid of an ingress egress easement thats on your property if you can show that the person who uses the easement no longer needs it. If so how.

If there is a recorded easement, the only way to terminate the easement is to obtain the written authorization (by way of a Termination of Easement instrument) of the party with whom may benefit from this easement including adjacent landowners or parties authorized to utilize the easement.
