I have an easment through my property that was given to the county in 1920 because there were no paved roads at that time.Since then the county has bought property and put in paved roads.How do i go about closing that easment and getting my property back.I can't take the ATVs going passed

my house and making dust storms anymore.Thank you in advance

You need to file a complaint in the county court to quiet title to the easement. If it has been abandoned by the city and its purpose is no longer necessary then you may have a claim.
