what is an ejection notice and how long does it take to be served and how long does a tenant have to get out.

I don't remember the exact amount of days for non-payment of rent, but if the property is in foreclosure and the tenant is paying rent, the new owner has to give the tenant 90 days under Federal law. Tenant is still obligated to pay rent even if property is in foreclosure.
