Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
elderly parents
my parents are 87 and 89 and one is very handicapped, the other losing his sight. We would like to make a porch into a small kitchenette and move them into our home. Is there anything illegal about that?

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. You will have to check the local zoning codes to determine if this is legal or not. It is a matter of local law.
