The city of Titusville, Florida has taken a lot that the homeowners of our neighborghood owns. Can you tell me what rights we as homeowners have?

Owners Condemnation Rights

Facts: The city of Titusville, Florida has taken a

lot that the homeowners of our neighborghood own.

Q. Can you tell me what rights we as homeowners

have?

A. The right to dispute the "Public Necessity" for

the taking if the "Quick Take" hasn't yet been

approved by the Judge. The right to just and full

compensation including expert witness fees and

atty. fees, if already approved by the Judge. In

other words, the right to "Due Process of the Law".
