Encroachment

My neighbor has a garage that is partly built on my land. It was like this when he purchased the property. There was some legal forms stating the encroachment and the use of it. He will be leaving next month and leaving the house to the bank. How would I go about getting my land back? I would like to split the garage in two.

Speak with the bank. You may have to bring a lawsuit to quiet title.
