Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was engaged to my fiance for a year. Two years ago we ended the engagement because I could not forgive his infidelity. In two years he never asked for the ring back until a week ago. Do I legally have to give the ring back?

Yes. Without the marriage, the ring is his. You should have returned it when you broke up.
