Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I tried to get my escrow deposit back and was advised In After cancellation aired too long. My agent mishandled the request for refund and now I am fighting the seller who wants the escrow money.

Your contract controls. you need to hire an attorney to try and get the funds back. you should have had an attorney all along.
