The right to evict persons from your rentel house

Tenants moved in only husband signed lease, he moved out in Jan.didn't complete lease. wife stayed,also son,daughter and baby.no lease renewed.rent $500.month. eb.pd.200.march500.april, paid 500.may welfare pd.300.rent pd.to date to july.august no rent pd. I pd mtg. in sept.pd 400. in oct.pd 500.still owing 600. mtg. due no rent pd.yet now nov. rent due on the 5th. she said she has some ,should I refuse and give 30day notice,can I get her out.or will I have trouble because of baby. we are on a fixed income and need to sell this house but we can't if we can't pay the mtg. please let us know what to do. Thank you --

The facts presented are not clear. Nonetheless your remedy is evict the tenants on the basis of non-payment of rent. and or holding over past the term of the lease. The quickest way is for you to do it on yor own. If a third party acts for you , there will be a minimum 30 day delay.

Three Day Notice to Pay Rent Or Evict

You need to deliver a Three(3) day notice to the

tenants and then evict them. You can get the

notice at an office supply store. You can get

the eviction package from the Clerk of Courts.
