Can we evict?
My wifes father passed away leaving her the house and property in Florida once her step-mother passes away. The step mother does not live there, has her son and family living in house. Can we evict them and take possession of property?

It depends on how the property was left to you and what type of interest your step-mother has in the home. If it was set up properly then you may have some recourse if she is not living there. However, she could likely remedy this by just moving in.

If your wife is now the title owner, yes.
