sorry but this makes no sense. were you included in an eviction action. if asked whether you were, be honest. if there was a judgment of eviction entered against you than you were involved and need to answer affirmatively. your excused after the fact are not sufficient. what I really don't understand is "what I got evicted for was never filed against me" what does that mean?
