Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was evicted from my home, while I was waiting for a morgage modification from my bank. Two days after I had fully moved from my house, I am contacted and told that I was falsely evicted. What do I do now?

It depends on the facts of your case, and whether you reasonably believed that you were evicted. You may be able to sue for damages, depending on who contacted you, how they contacted you, why they contacted you, and specifically what they said. If the person who told you that you were "falsely evicted" put this in writing, you probably have a better case, than if your case boils down to "he said, she said".
