Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Eviction for non-compliance

Can I evict my tennant on the grounds of non-compliance? He will not allow the Pest Control company in to do their job. He will not allow a hired contractor in to repair a shower. He is not allowing landlord access to the premisis to maintain the dwelling. There are ants & water leaks in the home & the tennant does not care if these issues destroy my property. The pest control company needs to exterminate & the contractor needs to repair the shower-as requested in writing by the tennant himself. I had notified him via registered certified mail on 4 separate occations of the repairs 2 weeks, 1 week, 2 days & a phone call prior to the scheduled repairs. He will not answer his door. He will not comply with the nes. repairs.
