Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

eviction

I have tenants that are behind on thier rent. The lease is up at the end of April. How long can they legally stay in the home after the lease is up, or will I have to still go through the eviction process if they refuse to leave at that point?

If the fail to leavew they are holdovers that you will have to evict.
