Eviction for withholding rent
My landlord says that she does not have to remove a fallen tree in our front yard says its my responablity and it has to be done now i am not a licened tree trimmer and i cant afford one can she through us out in threedays for not paying rent or the tree peopleor which one should i pay? thank you

Review your lease however, that is something the landlord is usually responsible for.

In Florida, responsibility for tree removal usually falls on landlord/owner. Read your lease as to responsibilities of both landlord and tenant. Advise that you always pay rent on time, and deal with landlord in court.
