How do I get him out
What is the best way to get my exboyfriend to move out of my home when he refuses to leave saying he doesn't have to because it's his legal residence. I own the home, he has no lease but refuses to move out.

Seek legal counsel of a real estate attorney or eviction attorney in your area. In Fl Whenever someone has permission to live on the premises and that permission is later revoked by the Owner an eviction is required to terminate any rights the tenant had. You must do a required legal notice and eviction to properly remove under civil action in Fl. If their are children involved you may also need to seek counsel in Family Law.
