Ex-husband has cut down shrubs in property that is co-owned. What can I do about this?

You haven't provided enough information. If the two of you own the property together, then he is welcome to do what he wants with the property. If the property is subject to a partition action, maybe as part of a recently-completed divorce, he may owe you money out of his part of the sale profits for the damage he caused.

Probably not anything. It is his property. They are shrubs. Do you really want to sue about this!

It is his property too, so unless you want to force a sale and partition of the property, you will need to work it out with him.
