Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If my ex-spouse does not want to sign the quitclaim form, what are my chances of getting him off the deed since he has not lived in florida since feb. 2009 or contribute to the home? what is it that i have to do?

Are you officially divorced? Did the Court deal with the property in the divorce decree? If the Court ordered him to execute it and he has not, you can seek the appointment of a commissioner, a third party, to execute on his behalf and then record that document with a certified copy of the Order. If the property was not dealt with then you may have to open up the divorce matter again.
