Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Failed to give insurance info

My husband fell while looking at property to buy. We have asked the realtor several times for the homeowners information but they keep telling us they cant get it. Is there any way to get this info or do we just need to send the bills to the real estate company?

Yoy failed to indicate why the homeowner is responsible. Your attorney should be able to find out the name of the owner.
