False advertisement - Realtor advertising CHEAPER than our signed contract .
I recently pulled up my house listing on my realtor's website and to my SURPRISE, the price was decreased 9 days earlier from our agreed/signed contract. Do they have right to advertise like this? I've attempted for 2 days to get answers, today is day 5 and I have not received any acknowledgement other than an email that read: ''What are you talking about?'' My response back to that was....''we have a serious issue here that needs to be addressed''.
It's very obvious. My husband & I have had no problems with this realtor as we are on our 2nd three month contract with them. I don't know where to go from here. As of today the house is still showing listed less our contract.
As the sellers, don't we have the right to an explaination? This is truly false advertisement. Thank you.

It sounds to me that your real issue is not false advertising but rather a breach of contract. When you entered into a Listing Agreement with the realtor, you actually signed a Contract for them to show the property at a set price and in return you agreed to compensate them for their efforts. They cannot unilaterally change the terms of the Contract.
You said that you have attempted for two days to get answers and they have refused to respond other than an email which failed to address your complaint. It seems clear to me that this is the time to engage the services of an attorney to work with you on this matter.
