Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
False info at closing
My husband and I bought a house in Jan.2002.We were told at the closing and on all of our paperwork that our house was on city sewer. We dicovered about amonth after we moved in that we had a septic tank. Now we have to get the drain field replaced.Do to the fact that we didn't know it existed do we have any legal recourse? All of our inspection show it is on city.

An attorney would have to read the contract, disclosure statement, MLS listing or any other information provided before a determination can be made as to fraud or breach of contract.
