I live in nevada. I filed a '' Lis Pendens'' in Florida against the non-custodial parent. He recently divorced another wife and gave up his interest in the marital home? What is my next step????

Where were you divorced? If in Nevada, you might be able to use the house in Florida as security for child support and get the transfer voided under fraudulent conveyance.

If he is current on child support, you may not be able to stop it because you are not legally in jeopardy of not getting paid. Further, did you ever own the marital home in Florida.
