Family member rented room and left property

My sister moved in on a month to month basis (she refused to sign a lease I had given her). She quit paying rent and her half of the bills in May. I informed her that I needed her to move out so another person could move in. She is staying with a friend, but has not removed any of her property and it has been two months. I cannot have anyone else move in because of this. We have no lease, she paid in cash and was never listed as a tenant at my house. Does she have any rights? She is stating it may be months before she will move her property. Thank you.

Send her a letter certified mail that if the property is not picked up in 7 days it shall be treated as abandoned. You can then do with it what you wish. Goodluck.
