Three family members took my mother-in-law to the court house and had their names added to her property, 2 months later she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease can they be removed based on that?

It could lead to a challenge on the property. If you file papers to have her declared incapacitated, then the Guardian may seek to revoke it.
