Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
father in law died in April 2014. In the will stated the estate be split between my daughter and his daughter. His daughter refuses to settle.. what can we do..we live in Tennessee

In Florida if that is what the will provides the beneficiary does not have to agree, although they can contest. You need to hire an attorney move the matter along. Too many facts missing to give you any real answer. Is it in Probate already? what are the actual assets? Are they liquid? Real Property? do they generate income? What does the other woman want? You need to hire an attorney
