Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My father passed away in Orange County with an estate worth more than six thousand but less than

seventy-five thousand. His house is worth less than the reverse mortgage and I have been told that I

do not need to file probate and I may transfer his vehicle into my name without concern even though I am not the only sibling. Am I getting poor advise?

I agree, but it's not possible to make a determination without more information and a detailed list of his assets and debts. You are welcome to call me. I am in Orange County.

Only take advice for a licensed attorney. You probably need to file for summary administration in the county where your father resided. Call an attorney if you think you need help.
