my fathers name is bruce matthew stoll whose address used to be 1005 tawny eagle dr groveland florida he died january 31-2008 he was married to a women who is my step mother sharon stoll and the house was in both names had a mortgage on it that was satisfied may 7 2010 she turned around and sold the house april 28 2010 for 95,000 dollars he has two kids me and my half sister am i entilted to any of that money that she made of the house? i am currently 19 years old and my half sister is 13

Hi. If his house was owned in joint tenancy with you step mother, then the house went to her when he died. In that case, you are not entitled to anything since the house was hers.
