FHA Note, Changes Made (Good or No Good)

If you make changes to an FHA Note, is

the Note still enforceable or not??

Changes after closing are usually not enforceable unless both parties agree and initial the note. If the change was a modification from the Bank to the Borrower and it was agreed upon then, yes.
