Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Can I file a quick claim deed on a timeshare property which I no longer want? It is paid off but we never use it and can no longer afford the maintenance fee. The annual rental is now causing a loss. We live in Florida and the property we own is also in Florida.

You can mail them a quitclaim deed and see if they will accept it.

Talk to the management company and find out the procedure for transferring the time share. Rather than just giving it away, put an ad on ebay or craig's list and see if someone is willing to buy it for a small amount.
