Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I filed Chapter 7 BK in Florida in January of this year. I was served foreclosure summons in June of this year while still in the proceedings of the BK. I was told that I should speak to an Attorney regarding a Motion to Quash Service because I should never have been served these papers because of the BK. I was told that the process of foreclosure will need to start over. Any thoughts or suggestions. The BK is closed now. The whole process for foreclosure never stopped and I sent them a suggestion of bk.

Notify the bankrupcy court and the trustee.
