can i filed a law suit againt chase bank i would like to refinance our home under harp2.0 loan program .my home is secured by freddie mac and we met all gualifications for the loan program but we live in a molbie home a chase we not refinance molbie home .that took are loan at 8.25 that was good for them then .but now that the rate is low that we not refinance molbie home i feel like i am being discriminated againt because we live in a molbie home kevin coleman

If the loan was through Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae, mobile homes are covered.
