Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I filed a lis pendens in florida, after which, the defendant bulldozed my buildings on the property that is involved in the lawsuit. Called police who refused to even make a report or allow me to press charges for the $5000. plus in damages. Is this a criminal offense by the defendant?
