where can i find the code which requires a landlord to clean the carpet and pain

I need to know the exact citation from the fla. admin. code or the relevant hosing code where this info. is located, regarding the duty the landlord has to clean carpet and paint, I have look and can not find the text at westlaw or usalaw.com or any other site on the net.Thank you

Your rights and responsibi;lities to each other can be found in Chapter 83 of Florida Statues(www.findlaw.com). I know of no such requirement for landlords.

Your written lease would be otherwise controlling.
