How can I find out what properties in a certain area sold for around a certain date? I am being sued, and need to know where I can access the public records to challenge the basis of the lawsuit.
I need to know what properties in Hiawassee Rd, Orlando, 32835 sold for, between Dec 2008 and March 2009. Can anyone tell mne where to find this information?

You can call a Realtor, appraiser, or you can go to the city and check their records. How are you being sued on the basis of what properties sold for around a certain date? Did you misrepresent the market value of a property? Did you have a fiduciary responsibility to someone? Are you licensed? There is more to your story than your question tells. If the answer to any of these questions is "yes" you need a lawyer.
