Fl Property Nightmare, International issues

I have a friend who has a 750k prop in fl but has since moved to UK can't sell in the market has had to abandon? He would like to make it right either through Bankruptcy or any other options. Can anyone help? Will need international issues addressed.

Your friend should contact an attorney to find out the status of the property. The property could be foreclosed or currently in foreclosure. There could be a deficiency judgment against him as well. He should find out all of this before deciding on how to proceed.
