In FL real estate, what does it mean, "in working condition" as it relates to pools in a sales contract

It has no independent meaning. It is interpreting according to the regular meaning of those words. The pool would need to retain water and that likely would be in working condition. If there is some pump or heater, that would also need to function properly.
