Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
In Florida, am I allowed to seek advice from another foreclosure attorney if I already have one? I have requested my attorney to file a Motion to Withdraw, but he refuses to so! I have sent certified letter and emails, but he won't acknowledge them or file the Motion! Are attorneys here is Florida allowed to meet with me or give me advise while I still (technically) have an attorney?

You can seek counsel from another attorney. You can fire your current attorney. Your contract should establish the relationship between the parties. If you have lost faith in the attorney you may need a new one, but remember the first one still has to be paid per the terms of the contract.
