Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Must a Florida Attorney have a physical address?? Is it legal for them to require payment of their client to be sent to a P.O Box??We are paying off our homeowners. assoc dues and we do not want to mail it to the P.O Box. This attorney told us if we dont she will place a lient. Help??

Why don't you want to mail it to the PO Box??!! You can send it certified, return receipt if you are concerned with proof of mailing/receipt, just as you would to a physical address.
