in florida can you get a commercial loan on a commercial building/business and a home on the same commercial land but with two different legal discriptions

This is a decision for the bank as each operates differently and have different policies as to how they would structure a loan like this. I can tell you if the home has a different legal description than the commercial building, you are dealing with two seperate pieces of property unless the prior owner owned both and record some form of unity of title.
