My mother passed away last year. She owned a co-op. I have been paying the maintenance and all bils since she passed. There are no other assets. It is valued at approx $55K. There are only myself and two brothers. How do we get this co-op put into our names in order to sell it. We can't afford to keep paying on it since we all live out od state

It needs some type of probate proceeding to transfer into the beneficiaries names. Once that happens, the beneficiaries can sell it.
